Designing in the Urban Environment

Concept:
Open a mixed-use gallery and studio space for interacting with the local community. Gallery space can be used for rotating group or solo shows; outdoor area can be used for screenings, events, and show openings. The back building provides space for private offices, a conference room, and a loft suitable for many purposes. High ceilings, open space, and a rolling garage door also makes this space fit for studios or workshops.
